What is glo HYPER PRO?
glo HYPER PRO is an all-in-one heated-tobacco device with HeatBoost technology, an EasyView display and a TasteSelect dial for choosing Standard or Boost mode.
It provides up to 20 sessions per charge and supports up to three consecutive sessions.
What is glo HYPER PRO+?
glo HYPER PRO+ is the updated generation of the HYPER PRO platform. It adds QuickStart heating, AutoStart, a longer Standard session and Easy Care maintenance notifications.
It uses the same general HYPER stick ecosystem as HYPER PRO.
What is the difference between HYPER PRO and HYPER PRO+?
HYPER PRO uses a TasteSelect dial and requires the control button to be held to begin heating. HYPER PRO+ uses a button to select the mode and starts heating automatically when a compatible stick is inserted.
PRO+ also heats in approximately 10 seconds in either mode, compared with 20 seconds in Standard and 15 seconds in Boost on HYPER PRO.
Is glo HYPER PRO a vape?
No. It is a heated-stick device. Instead of vaporizing e-liquid from a pod or tank, it heats a compatible solid tobacco or plant-based stick.
Does glo HYPER PRO burn tobacco?
No. It heats the inserted stick without conventional combustion. There is no cigarette flame or ash, but the device still produces a nicotine-containing aerosol that is not harmless.
Is HYPER PRO+ replacing HYPER PRO?
HYPER PRO+ is the newer model, but availability of both generations differs by country. The release of PRO+ does not mean that HYPER PRO immediately disappears from every market.

Which sticks work with glo HYPER PRO?
HYPER PRO and HYPER PRO+ work with compatible neo tobacco sticks and veo plant-based sticks.

Do HYPER PRO and HYPER PRO+ use the same sticks?
Yes. Both generations belong to the same HYPER stick ecosystem. Current HYPER-format neo and veo sticks can be used with either model when the pack confirms compatibility.
Are all neo sticks compatible with HYPER PRO?
Most current neo sticks sold for the glo HYPER platform are compatible. However, formats and product names differ by country, so the device compatibility printed on the pack should take priority.
Can I use veo sticks in HYPER PRO?
Yes. veo is the plant-based, tobacco-free stick range made for compatible glo HYPER devices. veo sticks contain nicotine despite containing no tobacco.
Can I use virto or rivo sticks in HYPER PRO?
No. virto and rivo use the newer HILO stick format and are designed for glo HILO and HILO Plus. They should not be forced into a HYPER device.
Can I use TEREA sticks in glo HYPER PRO?
No. TEREA sticks contain an internal heating element designed for IQOS ILUMA induction devices. They are not compatible with glo HYPER.
Can HEETS be used in glo HYPER PRO?
No. HEETS are designed for older blade-based IQOS devices and do not match the heating chamber or temperature profile of glo HYPER.

What is the difference between neo and veo?
neo contains real tobacco and includes tobacco, menthol and flavored varieties. veo is tobacco-free and uses a rooibos-based plant material, usually with fruit, mint or cooling profiles.
Both ranges contain nicotine.
Are veo sticks nicotine-free?
No. veo contains no tobacco but contains nicotine. Tobacco-free does not mean nicotine-free or harmless.
How do I activate a capsule stick?
Press the marked capsule area in the filter until it clicks. Depending on the variety, the capsule can usually be activated before or during the session.
Can a heated stick be used twice?
No. Each neo, veo, Lucky Strike or KENT heated stick is designed for one session. Reheating a used stick will not provide the intended performance.
How should glo HYPER sticks be stored?
Keep sticks in their original closed pack in a dry place, away from moisture, direct sunlight, excessive heat and strong odors. Do not use wet, crushed or damaged sticks.

How do I use glo HYPER PRO?
- Turn the TasteSelect dial to Standard or Boost.
- Insert a compatible unused stick up to its marked line.
- Press and hold the control button to start heating.
- Wait for the second vibration indicating that the device is ready.
- Monitor the remaining time on the EasyView display.
- Remove the stick when the session ends.
- Turn the TasteSelect dial to the closed position.
How do I use glo HYPER PRO+?
- Open the sliding door.
- Press the control button briefly to select Standard or Boost.
- Insert a compatible stick up to the marked line.
- AutoStart begins heating automatically.
- Wait approximately 10 seconds for the ready vibration.
- Remove the stick when the device indicates that the session has ended.
- Close the sliding door.
HYPER PRO+ remembers the last selected mode for the next session.
What is Standard mode?
Standard mode provides the longer session. It lasts approximately 4 minutes 30 seconds on HYPER PRO and 5 minutes on HYPER PRO+.
What is Boost mode?
Boost mode provides a shorter and more intense heating profile. It lasts approximately three minutes on both HYPER PRO and HYPER PRO+.
Can I change the heating mode during a session?
No. Standard or Boost must be selected before the session begins. Changing the dial or pressing the mode button after heating starts will not switch the active session.
How many consecutive sessions are available?
Both HYPER PRO and HYPER PRO+ support up to three consecutive sessions under normal operating conditions.
Allow the device to cool if it becomes uncomfortably hot or displays a temperature warning.
How many puffs does HYPER PRO+ provide?
HYPER PRO+ does not use a fixed puff counter during the active session. “Unlimited puffs” means the user can puff as needed until the timed session ends. It does not mean the session has unlimited duration.

How many sessions does one charge provide?
Both models provide up to 20 sessions from a full charge. The actual number depends on the selected mode, battery age, temperature and usage pattern.
Which charger should I use for HYPER PRO?
Official HYPER PRO guidance recommends a compatible 12.5 W adapter rated at 5 V/2.5 A or 9 V/1.5 A and a suitable USB-C cable.
Which charger should I use for HYPER PRO+?
Official HYPER PRO+ specifications list a 5 V/3 A power adapter and USB-C cable. Use certified equipment and check the instructions supplied with the local device version.
Why is my glo HYPER PRO not charging?
- Check the USB-C cable and power adapter.
- Remove dust or debris from the charging port.

- Open the top heating chamber and bottom cleaning door.
- Insert the supplied cleaning brush from both ends.
