How to use Fiit sticks correctly

How do you use a Fiit stick in lil SOLID Ez?

Open the top cover and confirm that the cooled chamber is clear.
Insert the tobacco end of a fresh Fiit stick straight down to the marked line or normal stopping point.
Do not twist the stick during insertion and never force it past resistance.
Hold the device button for about 2 seconds until it vibrates.
Wait through the approximately 25-second preheat and begin after the ready vibration.

Which end of a Fiit stick goes into the device?
